Clubhouse Rental

Our banquet room is available for rental from 8:00 a.m. to midnight. Please note, that our banquet room occupancy allows for 90 guests.

Event insurance is MANDATORY and shall be purchased by the renter through an unaffiliated vendor of their choice (e.g., www.theeventhelper.com). The insurance policy must have Host Liquor and General Liability insurance coverage. (The approximate cost of premiums is between $100 and $200).

Rates:

Monday through Thursday is $50 an hour.
Friday is $85 an hour.
Saturday through Sunday is $100.00

Security Deposit:

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. Client shall pay a refundable deposit in the amount of $300.00 Three hundred dollars to The Woman’s Club of Casselberry, INC. not later than 48 hours prior to the event by CASH.

Reserve A Date:

A deposit of 50% of the rent amount will confirm your reservation and be applied to your total due. The remaining rental balance will be due two-weeks (2) prior to the rental date.

Rental Includes:

10 8ft rectangular tables
18 square card tables
90 banquet chairs Kitchen area with refrigerator, warming oven, and microwave

The Woman’s Club of Casselberry is proud to offer our clubhouse’s banquet room for special events. Our clubhouse is located in a cozy, intimate, neighborhood setting, near the Casselberry golf course. With a warm, cottage-style decor, the clubhouse features a kitchen, handicap-accessible pathways, and beautiful hardwood floors perfectly suited for your needs. We have a capacity for up to 90 guests.
